Where is the festival located?
Three Realms Festival will be held at the Dancing Horse Retreat, in Paso Robles, California.
The Dancing Horse Retreat is located along the Historic Route, on the Westside of Paso Robles in the Heart of Wine Country. The Retreat sits on Sacred Native American Chumash land once part of Hearst Castle, and now part of The Dancing Horse Ranch.
So, where is Paso Robles?
Paso Robles is located about halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, on highway 101.
Can I fly there?

Can I take the train?
Yes, you can!
Look at the Amtrak web site HERE for the Pacific Surfliner and the Coast Starlight. Fares vary, but range for example from Simi Valley to Paso Robles from $29 to $54 one way. All but one train daily makes a connection by bus from a nearby city.
Are there cabins?
Camping in tents is the plan. The lodge building has some sleeping arrangements for our folks coming in by air as bigwigs, but not for you or me!
Are there RV hookups?
No hookups. Three Realms remains a natural camping experience (tempered a bit for we urban campers). Please ask for further info if a tent is a problem for you.
What about food?
We are pleased once again to offer a meal plan - breakfasts, lunches and dinners for $45 per person. There is a grocery store not far away, so you can bring your own food if you need a special diet. For those who just can't do without, the nearest Starbucks is 5.7 miles away...
How about the "facilities?"
Hot water, showers, toilets... all the luxuries!

Last year, it rained lightly a good part of the time we were there. Nothing that stopped us from enjoying ourselves, but you really never can tell about Central California weather.
Anything we can't errr shouldn't do?
The festival is child friendly, so keep your clothes on in public. Alcohol is OK, but please use it moderately. Please respect your elders who need sleep, and be quiet late at night. No drums after 10 (or so).
